I have been a realtor since 2003 and it has provided me a career that I love which utilizes the skill that I have developed throughout my life.
My commitment to customer and client service was developed during my time as an associate at Nordstrom. The idea that you treat all clients with care and respect was taught to me as well as how to truly listen to their needs and desires. Also, and most importantly, is the idea that you always provide the level of service which is well above and beyond what is expected.
In college and afterwards as a teacher I learned how important it is to always keep learning as there is always more to know. Equally important is being able to explain to and share that knowledge with others. I believe that when you buy a home you should understand what is happening and what you are doing at every step, otherwise your decisions cannot be truly informed ones.
